Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: When you place an order, we will email you an order confirmation email .  Open the email and click on the View your order button.  If you did receive an order confirmation email, check you junk/spam folder. 

Q: How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
A: When we ship your order we will email you a shipping confirmation, which includes a tracking number and a link to track your order.  

Q: Will my pet jewelry look exactly like the picture on your website?
A: You can be assured that all the design elements will be as pictured, and that the item description accurately describes each design.

Colors also may appear slightly different on your monitor, compared with the piece that has arrived; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
